Reactivate but more?

Well now that I have the time and a new computer I'd like to reactive my account but if possible have my quincyness die of and become a Shinigami. I'll do a suicide if needed or whatever has to be done I'd just rather not continue the Quincy way....I've lost my Quincy pride... Sad

So, RB proceedures, right: We don't have any specific suicide penalties as far as I can track down, so for now I'll just go with regular death penalties (though the HA might overturn me on that one). Reactivating only to suicide seems kinda pointless to me, but an important distinction is this: Did you want your character to die and be elevated to Shinigami, or start over with a whole new character? If it's an elevation of the current character to Shinigami status, then you'll need to write up a character app like any other, including how Ryuho got killed and wound up in Soul Society, and it'll be a 5% stat reduction.

If you want to make a completely new character, than it'll be a 10% stat reduction and you can do a complete new character application without any ties to Ryuho, obviously.

Well I feel it would be wrong to be inactive for so long only to bring him back after all the topics were never finished, it just feels rude to the character.

And so with that in mind I shall come up with a brand new character and all and if you don't mind I'll be posting all of that in my next post so it looks better without all of this. And thank you for sending that to me, it would seem I have some editing to do with it right now...

'Tis fine. Oh yeah, btw: Don't bank or spend any of your cash. When your new character is accepted and you're popped into Soul Society, your excess accumulated cash from your inactive period will have to be removed as well.

Personality:
Reiketsu is not a shy person, he will tell you how he feels but also has a side of him that he keeps to himself with thinking of something or when the sad thing happens, plotting against somebody. He is a person that had been known to use a person to help himself gain something and only feels bad when it seemed that he had to use a friend or somebody else in which he had given his loyalty to. In cases of combat he has two major sides to it, he likes to act confident while in combat as to help hide any weakness and make them think he is better then they are, and as he is doing this he is watching their every move making a mental plot against them to use their own selves against them.

Appearance:
Reiketsu has short spiky blonde colored hair with icy blue eyes. Around his neck he wears a silver necklace with a cross on it. He wears a different type of robe then a normal shinigami, it is black but with silver lining on it and also over it is another but almost as if its a captains coat. It is white it has gold lining on the edges and close to the top has a red and gold design on it with a crimson symbol under it.

Biography:
Reiketsu was born in in Soul Society and there for his aging was slower then a Human in the real world. He was born into one of the noble families but with this upbringing it also had a bad effect on him during this time growing up. He learned that he held a slight gift in words for getting what he wanted out of people. He knew that a noble life wouldn't be something that he could do and one that he would refuse to do even if he gained a bit of power over a bit of land that would do for something that he wanted. At around the age of ten to him but more around a hundred years of age to a Human. He started to learn about the shinigami and how they worked and how they held a place that gave a chance for people to join the thirteen protection squads. That was something he was very interested in doing, and he set a goal on attaining a seat in one of them and placing a chance on becoming a captain as well. Rei spent years studying trying to find best ways on how to plan it all out on getting into the academy and once there he already knew how he would become a Shinigami. A while now has pasted since Rei has abandoned his life and name as a noble and set his thoughts on becoming a shinigami and it seemed that his years of waiting, studying and planning had payed off as he was gained entrance into the academy and now it was only time to wait and learn what they could teach him until it was time for him to take that exam in which he could become a Shinigami and then his plan could fully unfold and blossom into what he wanted, he just felt a little guilty about all the people that would be slightly damaged in the process but then again war also helped and hurt at the same time.
