Mission Description: Enri left his home in the U.S. and moved to Japan after the majority of his spiritually active family was killed under mysterious circumstances. One thing he is certain of was that his mother died before his eyes and then her residual self as he saw her was touched by a shinigami. He has come to Seireitei seeking her and has been unable to find her. He has attracted the attention of a shadow organization that has captured his mother and his using her QUINCY abilities to alter their weaponry. Enri will continue his search for her regardless of the odds.
Any shinigami participation would be appreciated, even if it just an NPC.

Hollows in Soul Society Explanation:
Two Rogue Shinigami experimenting with a quincy, a soul with burnt out Quincy abilities, form a pact with two strong reasonably intelligent hollows. The hollow’s spirit’s will be experimented on along with the Quincy and the soul that was formerly a Quincy in an experiment designed to steal the destructive abilities of Quincy and make them into a more refined weapon for shinigami use. These two rogue shinigami have hidden and helped feed the hollows using their bodies for experimental acts before attempting anything with their own bodies or zanpaktou. Their reasoning is should the Gotei 13 find out they would say they were simply being manipulated by the hollows and forced to carry out the experiments instead of what was really going on. However if they succeeded in their experiments, they would become something new and stronger than any Shinigami before them and their influence over to exceptionally powerful hollows would extend their control into Hueco Mundo itself.
Now how was this accomplished… As long as the hollows were strong enough to breach Soul Society on their own their initial incursion could only cause a patrol team response. They would find the lesser hollows they commanded slaughter them and never find the stronger masterminds whom hid themselves with the help of the two Rogue Shinigami that assisted them for their own ends, now after five years of experimentation and the suffering of a Quincy captive and Enri’s mother, they are finally almost done in copying and manifesting their energies in the manner that Quincy do. As such they become far better at detection and subterfuge being able to mask their reiatsu with spiritrons (the basic building blocks of spirit energy and all that is Seireitei and Hueco Mundo)
How large of a write up would you require for justification because they aren’t directly near nor in activities normally checked by the better half of Seireitei itself. They are in the outreaches of Rokungai (kind of like the episodes explaining how an earlier Captain was slain by a hollow that had breached Soul Society and had the ability to temporarily shatter Zanpaktou and infest a shinigami’s body taking it over for a time as well.)

Description: The ability to deflect incoming physical attacks with one’s own weapons or body. It’s difficult and doesn’t always work.

Effect:
While wielding a sword or unarmed, the character has a chance to Parry an attack. When an attack would normally hit the Shinigami, a second roll is made to try and Parry, or “Deflect” the attack so nothing happens. This can only be done if the attack has a Physical form. The chance is based on Skill level. The percent for success is 5 + (Skill Level/2). The minimal chance of success is 5.5%(at Skill Level 1) while the maximum is 15%(at Skill Level 20)

While wielding a sword or unarmed, the character has a chance to Parry an attack. When an attack would normally hit the Shinigami, a second roll is made to try and Parry, or “Deflect” the attack so nothing happens. This can only be done if the attack has a Physical form. The chance is based on Skill level. The percent for success is 5 + (Skill Level/2). The minimal chance of success is 5.5%(at Skill Level 1) while the maximum is 15%(at Skill Level 20)

A few things I have problems with concerning these NPCs.
1.) None of them have special powers, or any mention of them. Pitting them against the people in the topic thus far would be unfair due to stats and having completed Special Powers. (This is just me nitpicking; not so important)
2.) "reasonably intelligent hollows" That's my second problem. You have to be more than reasonable in intelligence to be able to sneak into Soul Society without the smallest notice. Especially under the disguise of a lesser hollow attack. Since they can't hop dimensions like their older brothers and sisters, it's obvious at least one stronger hollow is hiding about, which would warrant investigation. Then there's just the usual amount of tracking that the Division do regardless of suspicious due to the most recent events of Rebels hiding within the Divisions. Odd activity is being monitored all of the time, no matter where in Soul Society.
Besides, the Behemoth Class Hollow....yeah, he can be great at stealth, but when his steps would otherwise topple trees...kinda defeat being unseen o.o;;; Ditto for Shinigami sneaking off into a forest on the out skirts of the Rukongai. Due to rebels these days, everybody is on close watch.
So, either some story needs to be changed, or......I'm not sure. Oh, and by definition, these Shinigami wouldn't be Rogues o.o They haven't shirked their duties since it sounds like they're still "hiding" within the Division Squads as a cover until the complete their experiments.

SPECIAL POWERS: I can write those up but I figured the theft of Quincy abilities was enough.
I don't have my special powers yet if they were ever approved I was never told.
They were never given to me even after multiple requests. I don't know of any human that ever got their special power request approved or given but then again that's just me.
(Will have this complete shortly)
By reasonably intelligent I meant able to formulate plans and lead lesser to gillian rank hollows as Adjuchar should be able to do. I can rewrite portions to show that there is an investigation going on by the self same Shinigami that are using these hollows for experiments. I am not knowledgeable on how the Gotei 13 is broken down here however nor who patrols what, when, and where.
The Behemoth Class Hollow....
He's basically my take on an incomplete adjuchar that is forcibly becoming and arrancar I will have their story up in moments. I only ask if I should post it here or use it for my actual write up as I had planned it to be part of their banter and their own flash backs. It is not that he is unseen it is that he is not moving until he is ready as he is a major part of the experiment.
Thank you for helping me solve the shinigami sneaking off into a forest on the out skirts of the Rukongai issue. Since I don't know the state of Seireitei I would never know about the rebels
so I can adjust my writing for that as well.

The days in Soul Society seemed a little longer, they were all a little more refined compared to Earth realm but that was because everything in Soul Society had varying degrees of spirit energy. Mamoru Jenosuke, twelfth division unseated and ninth division spy had a truly interesting series of jobs. As a spy he reported the activities of the twelfth division under his direct watch, but as it turns out the Twelfth division knew he was a plant and decided to put their faith in his curiosity and overt ingenuity. There had been reports of a soul displaying Quincy potential on the outskirts of Rukongai, he was given a partner and sent to check out the reports. He found a woman named Roza, she was pretty and very soft spoken as she worked the fields but with his advanced spiritual presence he was able to follow the spiritual points of the woman with his inner eye and carefully noted her spiritual damage at multiple critical points necessary for a spirit to function properly that the woman had indeed been a Quincy.
That was only the beginning as his interests peaked and his feelings began to blossom he was given his first test of true loyalty. The insidious elite hidden within the twelfth division had captured a Quincy that not only hunted hollows but Shinigami as well. They were determined to figure out exactly how his abilities worked, so they could be stripped from him and put to use them for themselves. To this end Jenosuke was given a partner whom had proven especially adept at hiding spirit energy and erasing their signatures, Casomori Esama. Curiosity killed the cat especially in Jenosuke’s case as it killed a portion of his loyalty to the ninth division. He made his scheduled reports and left not a single detail of the twelfth division’s experiments out. Experiments on hollows, spiritually potent humans, quincy, and the souls of the lost. What he never reported however were HIS experiments as he took up a secret secondary residence in the outskirts where he was from and was given free license to patrol. There is love blossomed for Roza but she was significantly damaged and the only way in his slowly twisting mind for them to be together was for her to get her Quincy powers revived. So began his descent into a kind of madness a megalomania of designs and curiosity that made him a genius in his own rite.
Roza was called into a cavern that Jenosuke used to frequent as a child to look at some song crystals. That was the last day she was heard from by the other villagers although many believed she had left to live with an enigmatic noble arisen from their village to stay within the sacred white scaled walls. None could know she had been drugged and was being used as part of an experiment to take the powers of the Quincy and mold them into a weapon for specific shinigami. Jenosuke’s experiments required more malleable spiritual flesh and none were more malleable than hollows. Knowing this would raise a red flag, Esama was tasked to find strong hollows that could be manipulated with tales of power and a steady supply of sustenance. His ever descending spiral of treachery had begun in duty but was now wrapped and co mingled tightly with misplaced love, overflowing curiosity and an all consuming desire to succeed. In his mind everything within Soul Society could be set to rights with the power he could attain here. An adjuchar and his recently enhanced Gillian follower were found and easily seduced with promises of power and dominion over those in Hueco Mundo.
The Adjuchar called himself Rinaldo from his memories of being a hateful, despicable man. During his rise from hollow to his current state he had even killed his own children, having turned his son into a hollow and carefully manipulating his growth so that he might become an expendable partner and the key to becoming a Vastrode. Now with this offer of power that would come about much faster and all he had to do was give up his CHILDE once more and offer up a piece of himself for power. Rinaldo was quick to answer the summons, he opened several portals dispatching lesser hollows and a Gillian or two into Rukongai to distract the shinigami and test their capability, so wall Esama carefully hid him and his evolving son inside the partially shattered mountain he took great pride in watching the massacre and occasional redemption of his fellow hollows. Quite a few went to the gates of hell which spoke well for his choice in followers for should he ever be judged by a zanpakutou that was where he too would most certainly go. His son and cohort Eduardo was more than his father suspected because his hatred of his father for everything he had done to him from childhood to Hueco Mundo even in partial glimpses gave him a drive and intellect that was severely underestimated by everyone. He was vengeance and even as his Gillian form slowly became an Adjuchar he never let go of his hatred. It gave him focus and empowered him, it was this hate that had allowed him to devour and empower himself and take over the Gillian form after merging with all those hundreds of other hollows. His revenge would be magnificent, he needed only wait and grow stronger, and these experiments and the constant influx of spirit energy from their quincy battery assured that would happen.
Esama was the pride and joy of the twelfth division’s members partially subsided to the Onmitsukidō, her skill at kidou was unprecedented and was said even able to fool the Captains. This was not quite the case, it wasn’t that she fooled anyone her abilities simply caused people to ignore things, to mentally dismiss certain circumstances as insignificant. She had yet to master her zanpakutou but that was the first lesson of her blade Lamia. No one who visited the western region or the twelfth division headquarters had failed to be caught up in its sensory effects although if they ever suspected entrapment they would have been able to question it and still believe it was entirely irrelevant. She had been so thorough that while on her sojourns to Earth realm for study she had managed to seduce two spiritually enhanced humans to her aid, along with another Shinigami from the second division that had also been assigned to watch over her. These men formed her own personal defense team should anything go extremely wrong she was not the best at ranged combat and though her close combat skills were good she could at best only take down one person at a time. Naoki, Zaomaru, and her recently seduced overseer Chousen, it was with their combined abilities that they were able to hide Rinaldo the Gillian in transition. Their added spiritual power allowed her zanpaktou to affect the entire region of Rukongai making the days seem brighter, the air sweeter, even the water tasted better and subtle things were simply ignored. Roza being gone was written off, all was going according to plan and reports were still being sent to their respective superiors in the second and ninth division.
The fruit of their experiments began to come about after three years but the biggest breakthroughs were only recently when instead of transferring Tama’s power’s to his beloved Roza, they ended up flowing into Rinaldo instead. The partial success was vexing at first until Jenosuke’s deluded mind decided that it was meant to be and that the true purpose of their one sided love, the power of Esama’s zanpakutou was augmented by every person she had influence over in a general area and with six potent spiritual essences to feed her strength and mask the entire area, she soon subverted control of the entire experiment. After the hollow’s were outfitted with prototype alterations of their anatomy’s to attain Quincy grafts as Jenosuke now called them Esama had Jenosuke alter her zanpakutou after ravaging Tama’s memories to learn his Quincy training methods and with the help of Chousen re-mastered her empowered zanpakutou, even finally attaining a type of Bankai that was unheard of.
What would become of the rebellion should this knowledge become widespread was unknown…
Roza’s son was close to finding her being able to track by scent and only mildly distracted by the Lamia effect.
Two other shinigami were also closing in as well looked like everyone was about to get their share of trouble now.
Special Powers:
Adjhucar Rinaldo - constriction: when a target becomes binded by his tentacles if they fell to escape after the next round they suffer slow suffocation as their bodies are crushed and their energies absorbed. (treated as a shadow weapon in case of dmg functions)
Constriction does 400 hp and 400 sp dmg per round with and additional 100 dmg hp & sp per round that the tentacle is not escaped.
If the target fails to escape after three rounds the tentacle may begin to slowly swallow and devour the entrapped like a giant anaconda
IF after three rounds of being devoured the target has not escaped they are considered eaten and the soul is sent to Hueco Mundo to become a minion of Rinaldo
Rinaldo gains 1 ability of his choice from the recently devoured.
Evolving Eduardo -Hatred: Rinaldo can cause his opponents to see another object as something he hates so much that he targets that being or object instead relentlessly attacking without regard to his healh or energy levels.
(This hatred can be overcome with a concentration check)

Release phrase: Beguile!! Esmerelda
– zanpakutou ability: Lamia - seduction, disguise, ventriloquism, illusions, mirages, mirror images and other such things, to lure, entice and confuse those who wander into their midst into dangerous situations. Ability to affect a male target’s perception with her touch, scent, or sound.

Night: Call to the darkness. Puts all present but the caster to sleep. Concentration check
Back Slap: A counter back hand slap. Deals damage and delays target's next action. Useable once per round on one target as a free combat re action to any melee attacks on her. After zanpakutou is released or Bankai.
Poison Frog: Turns target into a Frog and poisons them resulting in -5%HP/SP per round adds a -12 to dodge since they have been turned into frogs. A melee attack with the released Zanpakutou or her bankai has a 33% chance of causing this affect. Lasts for two rounds

Zanpakutou name: Zabuzen
Release phrase: Erupt!! Zabuzen
– zanpakutou ability: move the earth at will . carve caves, move underground, bring up dirt to stone barriers, cause earthquakes, spiral large boulders about his body in defense.

Rocky: Armor body with a skin tight sheathe of stone -10% MELEE DMG, -30% FIRE DMG
Earth Quaker: A counter attack that involves striking the earth at his feet. Deals damage to everyone within 3 space circumference and delays target's next action. Useable once every two rounds
Earth Kicker: When the user kicks at a target with any technique the earth duplicates that kick within up to 4 spaces.
I was planning on pulling my punches, but I guess Enri wants me working too. It's your mission, just hope you get to play the star.
What is the status of this request? The mission is currently stalled waiting on a battle using one of these NPCs, perhaps Rinaldo could be rushed through..? Of course, the overall story requires a bit of extra sneaking around, so if there's any outstanding plot issues with the background there it'd be great if they could be pointed out and reasonable alternatives suggested. Say, a Hueco Mundo home base, if hiding in Seireitei is implausible. (I'm of the "Yes, and..." school of roleplaying.)

Not trying to be the Hero persay just trying to reach my mother. I can work on the NPC's some more but if anyone has any ideas I'd be honored for them to help me design any of these NPC's. If the stats need to be tuned down, that's fine too. I'd just like all participants to enjoy themselves and get something out of this RP wise too.

Okay.....this is just for the bulk of the Mission. Not so much relevant to the story, but the mechanics.
These NPCs are all rather powerful, and I understand this was done to help counter-act the Shinigami that joined (Datenshi, and Kichi) it's changing the mission's difficulty greatly. If you wish to keep it a B-Rank, the stats need to be dropped to 300 Caps, and smaller boosts from the Quincy Modifications. As it stands, if these NPCs go into the hands of the B-Mod that does the Battle Modding, they will likely crush everyone but Datenshi due to the immense strength in comparison to the others participating.
They need to be much weaker or the Mission Rank needs to be jacked up. However, and at current stats, it would become an S-Rank. Which would have a very high chance of death, especially with these NPCs in question. An outside Mod would be brought in to make sure the difficultly remains constant. I'd rather you not have to rely on a mod other than yourself, and suggest you decrease their stats.

The information in Division Twelve is available to any other Division as long as it's requested through the Third of course. Division work together and aren't against each other in anyway. Things may be a bit more strict these days because of the Rebels, but there isn't anything hiding between the Divisions; especially between the Ninth and Twelfth since they're working together to help rid the rebels from the Gotei Thirteen.
Probably the biggest fallacy in this whole thing is Esama and her claims to fame. A Shinigami so great....would be more than a Non-Seated Officer if she was that powerful, especially if she was this ambitious and strong; she could manipulate her way to the top of a Division. This is just a must. She has to be toned down. Period. Her powers are so over the top, and even if they were, they would gain the attention of a few of the Division Captains that are especially sensitive to such manipulations, it would have them toppling the whole group really quickly.
And let me try to understand this.....the one Shinigami's zanpakutou is being enhanced by the people around her to mask the large spiritual presence the experiments are producing?

Jenosuke is a member of 12th division by proxy and a full member of second division
His duties are special investigations into spiritual disturbances and overwatch of select shinigami. As directed by Gotei 13 currently assigned to Esama. He is skilled in hunting and retrieval. Feel free to make up his zanpaktou abilities, I really shouldn’t know them as it would change how I fight him intermittently.

Feel free I simply based her abilities on a Lamia villain from an old rp tone everything down to B or A rank I just wanted it all to be enjoyable to everyone.

Yes, Esama was purposely using the energies of those around her to tone down their presence and influence but again I can easily just say they are hiding and get rid of the manipulation factor, perhaps even using her own altered kidou. I don’t want to throw the balance of things off anywhere. I’d just like things to fit, but if at all possible please allow her to be the lead villain in appearance.
I’m kind of at a loss here in who runs what in Seireitei especially with it being all complicated so if you know of any way this adventure could fit feel free to make it happen. I like things to be simple with as few ripples in the pond as possible.
