“My name is Takeda Ami...” [Episode #1][World Wide Episode]

From as early as it had been remembered the world had always been infested with Hollows. These terrible brutes continue to feed upon spirited beings to feel complete, to cure the fear, to forget their past selves and lives. Slowly and quietly these creatures lurk within the darkness, unaware by some, but noticeable by others. Those who see the light of these creatures are terribly cursed as many never live to see the light of day again. But though these creatures lived a life of much hate and despair, there are individuals that continue to fight for their own ideals and judgment. This story is to enlighten everyone of the perils a certain set of individuals had to maintain in order to survive.

[Takeda Ami]

Here begins the new life of a young girl within the town of Karakura. Her name was Ami and besides being new within Karakura, there was other things tormenting her mind.. SCHOOL. The building which holds the most evil of devils, children unaware of others feeling, torturing of those who are different, these little things made her shiver within her boots.

Finally settled in and a school was designated for her studies, the girl simply sighed as she left her home. She really didn’t want to go or rather she didn’t want to see people; she wanted to be alone or back home with her friends. Ami just didn’t understand why her parents wanted to move into this strange town, it wasn’t if Ami’s family didn’t have the money to continue living the lifestyle they had within the previous city they lived within. After arriving at the gates of the school, the children simply watched her with unshaken eyes; the stares wouldn’t end as if she had leprosy. Ami bit on her lower lips as she took hastily steps inside the building, her ears was ringing with the sound of whispers. As she hastily went up the steps she bumped with an individual with bright smile, beautiful figure and illuminating personality, her hair of blonde only added to that innocence.

[Oozora Karei]

“Hello, you must be new as I haven’t seen you before...”, the woman remarked in a high spirited manner. Though it being her first acquaintance Ami didn’t feel at all troubled, the words simply danced off her tongue as if it was a long time friend, “Hai… My name is Ami… Takeda Ami…”.

“My name is Oozora Karei and I’m sure we will meet again Ms. Ami…”, Karei replied before taking her leave. Ami simply watched as Karei walked off behind the steps, there was something she was feeling that didn’t seem right or was it the fact of how she spoke, stating as if a meeting between them in the future would be definite.

Other than that little meeting earlier, the day wasn’t too unusual; she had seen the usual rough housing of the boys while the girls were practically carefree. It was finally evening and time to go home, she met even a few people she could consider her friends, but there was still some individuals that wouldn’t stop watching her, she didn’t know why but she didn’t want to stick around to find out. “Perverts..”, Ami muttered as she hasted her steps towards home.

Though dark, the streets was eerily empty, there wasn’t a sight of a citizen among the street. “Where is everyone…”, Ami uttered, she didn’t know what to think but the feeling of something terrible about to happen, she only could try her best to push that to the back of her mind. Mysterious tremors and sounds had suddenly engulfed the area, giant steps of unknown, Ami simply stared in shock, she wanted to run but couldn’t move, “What is this?!?!”, she shouted. What seemed to be a blur had suddenly came to be, a massive hollow stood firmly above her with menacing red colored eyes. “Pleas… Pleas…”, the girl remarked in complete fright, her heart was beating hard and her lungs felt as if she was being stifled. A large roar as the creature held its hand up into the air ready to attack, “Diiiie….. I want.. I wannnt… your soul….”. Each talon lit by the shine of the moon, closing her eyes in fear she only awaited her death.

All Ami could hear was the sound of metal clashing fiercely, as her eyes opened she was seeing an individual in black clothing fending off the creature.

[Mysterious Shinigami]

“GET BACK!”, he yelled.

Ami completely confused did as he said; she started to run in the opposite direction of the creature. “Who was that guy?! Why is this happening?! WHATS HAPPENING?!”, the girl cried, she wanted it to end. Finally reaching home she took in a deep breath but what were to welcome her wasn’t her parents but nothing at all, the home was empty as if nobody was even living there to begin with. “Whats happening WHERES MOM AND DAD, SIS?!”, she shouted, she ran upstairs and checked within every room, there was no sign of clothes, appliances and not even a speck of dirt. “I must be dreaming… I must be dreaming… where is everyone… mom… dad….nee-chan!”, she simply crumbled into a nearby corner and started to cry. It wasn’t long before her eyes began to close and she had fallen asleep.
